- How do you clean your container? Heat some water enough to melt the remainder of wax in your container. Add some dish soap nothing harsh or it can scratch the inside/outside of your container. Clean the inside with a microfiber cloth or dishtowel. Rinse and dry with a paper towel. Now its ready for use.
- What is the burn time of your candles? Our 8oz candle burn time is approximately 30 hours (if taken care of correctly. The 16oz candle can burn approximately 45 hours. Please note these are averages if taken care correctly your candles can last.
- How should I burn my candle? Always use on a stable surface, keeping it away from drafts, children and pets. Burn no more than 4 hours at a time. Let the candle burn until you get full melt pool.
- I have an ash buildup on my candle called frosting what is this? Frosting is a clear detection that you have a soy candle. This does not take away from your candle at all, it is when the soy candle and the air mix and it produces this white ash.
- Do you accept returns? We accept returns for items that arrive broken, please contact me as soon as you receive your product with the order number.
- I didn't get my shipment, what do I do? please check surrounding areas for the package and please track. If you still cannot find it, please contact us.
