If you’re looking to return an item, we're here to help! We offer returns within 5 days of receiving your item if it has been damaged and not used in original packaging.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch within a week's time! You'll need to provide photos of the damage and a confirmation of your order by sending an email to info@candlenerds.com.
