Shipping policy

SHIPPING 
After order is fulfilled, we ship within 1-2 business days. No shipping will be done on weekends. During the summer months shipping times will be different.

Warm Weather Shipping Schedule

During the warmer months, Candle Nerds ships candle orders Monday through Wednesday to help reduce the chance of packages sitting in hot trucks, warehouses, or delivery vehicles over the weekend.

Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday. Local South Florida orders may occasionally ship on Thursday depending on the delivery window.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED 
If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. 
If the carrier tracking indicates that the order was delivered, but it was not received, it is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for a lost shipment. We will do what we can to help you track down your missing order, Candle Nerds cannot be held liable for delivery company errors.
